How do I download my wordpress blog so that I can use it on my web.com domain.

I want to use my blog from wordpress and put it onto my web page from web.com. The tech from web.com said I will have to download my data from wordpress to web.com site? How do I go about doing this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Well, it’ll kill any ranking in the search engines that you have, if you try to have the same content in two different places like that. Also, it could get your blog here suspended.
Probably easiest just to link to your blog in a tab or with a button on your web.com site, and use the same colours and logos etc as the site. Second-easiest is to embed software from WordPress.ORG in your site and blog there (you can import your WP.com blog’s archives). Third easiest is to use an RSS feed to scrape your blog and put it in the website. Fourth easiest is to use an iframe to embed the blog over there.
But you can if you wish download your data and put it up over there. I’m not familiar with what software you’re running over there; if it’s WordPress.org software, just go to the Tools page of the dashboard and create an Export file. On the corresponding page of the website’s dashboard, click to Import. Done!
If it’s not WordPress.com and does not recognize XML export files, you’ll have to copy paste every single post and page by hand.

Thank you for your information. I think I found what I needed in this thread http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress#Things_to_Know_Before_Installing_WordPress. I will keep your suggestions in mind

The codex is for WordPress.ORG software installs only.
It does not apply to any WordPress.COM blogs.
For clarity on the differences read http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
