Frustration on multiple levels.
Appears WordPress has done away with supporting customers and instead making me post publicly every time I need/want support?
Oh wait… I can pay even more to get email support… more… over the thousands of dollars I already spend every year.
So yes, it appears there’s no longer a way to communicate with WordPress directly via email unless I pay an additional monthly fee, so I have to publicly expose everything?

And, we spend thousands of dollars a year with no way to actually directly communicate with you now. Maybe people spending over a certain threshhold should be automatically included in email support? Just a suggestion.
How would you feel as a customer like us?

I’ve followed all the tutorials. As you can see in the video, the only plugin showing on the “Active Upgrades” is Akismet. None of the other plugins we paid for Jan-May are showing on the page. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
And that I have to post publicly, or be held hostage to paying more (even the measly $64/year) is a really junky way to treat someone who has been a paying customer for more than a decade.
