How do I edit a site or set up a new username

  We are currently locked out of an account and cannot verify. How do we set up a new user or edit a site?

  Hi there,

  What is the URL of the site you need help with? Only a logged-in user on a site can make changes to it, and only an existing admin user on the site can add additional users.
