How do I edit a WP theme demo site?

Help! I’m a new WP user and I paid extra to have the demo site for my wp theme installed, thinking that I could edit it (it looks great) to create my site. Now, while I’ve been able to use Visual Composer to edit some elements, I am extremely frustrated with trying to do most of it. Intuitive it isn’t. Where can I get help? I need to talk to a real person.

There is free, staff-supported CSS code help in the CSS forums. Post there with specific questions like “How do I make my sidebar wider” etc.

I’m just trying to use the Visual Composer – supposedly drag & drop and WISYWIG. If there was somewhere that I could find help for that application as it relates to making changes to the theme demo site, I would be good. It is becoming clear that paying the extra $$ to get the demo loaded may have been counter-productive.

Well, post in the CSS forum and be patient. It is the weekend and there are reduced numbers of helpers around. Like I said, be as specific as possible. There is an incredible amount you can do way beyond what the customizer will do, but you have to tell them what you want and then they’ll give you the code.
I mean, you can use the demo for free. It’s saving teh changes that costs money.
