how do i edit an existing wordpress website?

    I’ve started a new job and the website for the organization is hosted by wordpress. I haven’t used this platform and it’s not clear to me how I edit their existing site even once ‘logged in’.

    I am looking to remove old outdated content and add new programming, calendar events and info.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
