How do I embed or link a printable PDF?

  I want to have a printable registration form for my summer camp. I have the form saved as a PDF, a jpg, and a Word doc. I can have it there as a jpg, but it looks funny when printed. I want an image or a link that parents can click on to print the registration form and have it look like it should. Help?
