How do I enable portfolios?

I read the page about enabling portfolios, which says to go to Settings > Writing > Your Custom Content Types. Problem is, once I get to the ‘Writing’ section, there is nothing along the lines of ‘Your Custom Content Types’ or ‘Portfolio Projects’ anywhere in sight. Has the method for enabling portfolios changed?

The settings for “Your Custom Content Types” is towards the bottom of the WPAdmin Dashboard>Settings>Writing page, just under the info for the “Press This” bookmarklet. For you that would be http://cartsnrafts.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-writing.php
If you don’t see the “Your Custom Content Types” section there, please take a screenshot https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/ and upload it to your site’s Media Library and then return to this thread and add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the forum thread. That will alert Staff that you need their assistance.
