how do I enable the pop-up blocker so I can print the back up codes?

  I can’t print the back up codes? i get a message asking me to enable pop-up blockers, i thought I did.

  anybody know how to add a second authentication to your security setting, I have been trying but, I keep getting a message saying unable to print back-up codes due to a pop-up blocker is preventing it. I can see the codes but they won’t print?
