How do I enable user submitted posts?

    Because this blog is hosted on wordpress.com, I don’t know how to add a plug-in. Seems like it would be easier, not harder, to enable user submitted posts..? I’ve used this plugin with several sites in the past, and now I can’t figure out how to do it.

    While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:
