  This is the most complicated site ever. I still do not know how to enter the Rotator website ?????? I have received your approval email. So how do I enter the Rotator website. where do I enter my password? Glenn

  Can you show me what instructions you are using t register for the website in question? I’m having a hard time tracking down information on the lapd rotator. It appears to be a site/newsletter for LAPD officers. But that is about all I can figure out.
