How do I export my theme without error and install it?

  Hello,

  I have a file for import into .xlm in WordPress but I can not import it. The message appears every time is ‘Working … Your import is being processed and will be sent an email you when it’s over if you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support. , we will fix the problem. ‘

  Then, I get an email from the service of WordPress and telling me it’s installed but I can not find anything.

  Can you help me ?

  Are you trying to install a theme on a WordPress.com site?

  Yes, I did the following handling :
  -> my site
  -> settings
  -> import.

  I think it was the right thing to do, what do you think?

  The problem is that you can not install a theme, imported or otherwise, on a WordPress.com site. The only themes available for a WordPress.com site are those found at Appearance > Themes, or in the WordPress.com Themes Showcase. The way one switches to another available theme on a website is to activate it, not to install it.
