Where on here can I figure out where I clicked on what I planned on using this blog for. Like travel, personal life, etc.

That information won’t be present on the site or in the account anywhere. It’s part of a survey. Your response to the survey question “What is your website about,” might have an effect on the theme choices provided later in the process, or it might just be used by WordPress.com internally.
