What are the URLs of the sites involved?
The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites hosted on WordPress.com.
You only have one site, that’s hosted somewhere else, connected to this account via the Jetpack plugin: http://dcglobalhmongresources.com/
If you have another site that’s also hosted somewhere else, you need to install and connect the Jetpack plugin on that site as well to have it listed in your WordPress.com account.
