How do i find my wordpress subscribers list?

  I followed instructions to move my subscribers from my old blog (wordpress.com) to my new site (seflhosted, a woo-commerce site). I want to prepare the newsletter to let everybody know i am opening the store but i dont know how to import the list of my old subscribers to my newly created mail chimp list. I am very new to this so bare with me :) Thanks!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Note that the title there includes Publicize followers from social networks. https://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/

  I humbly apologize for not actually reading carefully what you said above. Your are referring to a self hosted wordpress.ORG site.

  You can download a CSV file with your e-mail subscribers at the bottom of this page

  You can find more information on how to import this file into Mailchimp at:
