How do i find old log in info?

My son set up my blog and i can find my old blog but I do not have login info. mark heard MD, Heard on health
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Could it be a spelling issue?

We cannot help you with that. You’ll have to go to the old blog, try to log in, and click “Forgot Password” and it will email you one.
