How do I fix the e-mail subscribe on my blogs?

    When someone signs up to receive an e-mail subscription to one of my blogs, KKHPhotos.wordpress.com and TheCraftBasket.wordpress.com [as well as my husbands blog] it does not seem to be working. They are not getting that first e-mail to confirm their subscription or any e-mails notifying them of a new post. How do I fix this issue.

    I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who report this issue as well as a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

    Hi there,

    Can you please give me the email addresses of some of your subscribers that aren’t receiving emails? I can use that to look them up in our system and see what’s going on.
