How do I get a photo from my blog post to appear in the new reader?

  How do I get a photo from my blog post to appear in the new reader? Many blogs in the reader feature an image, but when my posts appear in the reader – they are text only. In the old reader, the first photo of the post was always displayed along with the post name. I have spent quite a while searching through the forums and support site, and I cannot locate an answer. Thank you!
