How do I get a refund on a premium upgrade?

    Premium upgrade–this is the second time in a couple of years that I’ve tried to work with wordpress to do a premium upgrade, and nothing. What’s the point of a premium upgrade if I don’t get any premium themes (without paying for them, which I could have done with a free account) or any dang wordpress support other than the public forum? I don’t want to be asking strangers to deal with my wordpress problems, I want wordpress to deal with them! And I can’t seem to change my username to what it’s supposed to me (says it’s already in use!) or change my email to what it’s supposed to me. Wow. Email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff), not at “(email visible only to moderators and staff),” that email isn’t active anymore, but wordpress won’t let me change it!

    WordPress.com Premium includes:

    -A Free Domain
    -Custom Design
    -VideoPress
    -Space Upgrade
    -Ad-Free

    Despite the similar name, WordPress.com Premium doesn’t include any of the Premium themes available here:

    And you can, as you have noticed, contact us here via the forums. Staff monitor the forums constantly.

    What username are you trying to change it to? If the name have been registered previously, it will not be available to use. Once a name is taken, even if it is not being used, it becomes unavailable.

    What exactly happens when you try? Are you getting an error message of any sort?
