How do I get a static top level tab listed in the Pages widget.

    I have a static top level tab, with a number of sub-pages, and I also use the Pages widget. The list in the Pages widget does not show the static top level tab but does show its sub-pages. I would like to see the static top level tab name listed with the sub-pages correctly listed (indented) under it. (I am new at this.)
