How do I get a third party theme?

I want to purchase and use “Ellen Mae”, a child theme that overlays on the Genesis Framework. How do I do this?

Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here: WordPress.com and WordPress.org
