how do i get an abusive site removed?

  I contacted worldpress.com many times but they simply not answer, there is somebody posting abussive and harrassing information about me, where can i get this removed (the link on the page is NEVER answered, so nobody acts upon my concerns). This is currently leading to bullying of my 5 year old kid at school so i really need somebody to talk to at worldpress.com!!!!

  i did that 8 times, i never got an answer to this, not even a kind mail why they not answer, any other contacts i can use?
