How do I get back into my account with no backup codes?

I set up Two-Step Authentication last year and got a new phone which wiped my app so I can no longer get access onto my site. I can’t find backup codes anywhere and the app will only let me set up a new account. How do I get back in?

Is there someone I can contact about it? The problem isn’t necessarily my account – I can log in with my username and password and my picture comes up. But when I try to change any settings, it prompts the authentication code, which I don’t have the original or backups of

Just out of curiosity, can you follow these instructions to turn off two step authentication:
