How do I get back into my blog?

    I can’t get into my blog to write and publish a new post. The page that comes up is add a site which I don’t want to do. When I tried to get past this page it told me to put in username and password and then would not accept it. I went to forgot password and then brought me to the dashboard. All I want to do is get back into my own blog and look at it and create a new post. Can you help me? Thank you
