How do I get each page to be a static page (unique, unchanging text and art on each page)?

The pages seem to be connected, so the art in the banner is a revolving 6-item series (same thing on each page) rather than a unique jpg for each page,

Similarly, when I type text for one page, it also appear on other pages. Don’t want that

    Hi there,

The pages seem to be connected, so the art in the banner is a revolving 6-item series (same thing on each page) rather than a unique jpg for each page

Right now, you have a series of Custom Header Images set to display at random when you load any page on your site. With those random header images, you won’t end up with a specific image appearing on each page.

If you’d rather have one unique image on each page, you can add a Featured Image to each of your pages. If a page has a featured image, that image will appear on that page instead of your custom header image(s).

Similarly, when I type text for one page, it also appear on other pages.

When you edit the page itself and add text in the page editor, that text will only appear on the page. However, when you add a Widget to your sidebar, by default the widget will appear on every page.

If you want to add text to the sidebar and only have it show up on one page, you can edit the widget visibility for that widget. Those visibility settings will allow you to limit a widget to a certain page or pages on your site.

Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
