How do I get help from a real person at WordPress? I Need help!
-
Yesterday when I tried to login to my wordpress site, I was able to see my dahsboard, but couldn’t make any changes. When I did, it told me I don’t have a site. I chatted with a happiness engineer that tried to help, told me the problem was solved, but things are now worse. They told me to clear my cache, and I did. Because I did that, I don’t eve have access to my dashboard anymore. It just says I don’t have a site. I tried adding my domain to word press but when I do that, it tells me my domain is already connected. If it’s connected, why does it tell me I don’t have a site when I login. I know my web-site is still running because I can access the dashboard from my jetpack app on my phone and when I enter the address, it shows up. I need a real person who knows what they’re doing to help me be able to access my site as an admin again. I can’t run a web-site solely from a phone app. I’ve tried writing back to the technician that was helping me, but no reply. I’ve sent support messages, but no reply. How do I get a real person that cares and will help?????

Hi there!
I don’t see any WordPress.com accounts on this site. I also don’t see any chat history on this account. Do you perhaps have a different WordPress.com account where you own the site? This would explain why you don’t see your site while you’re logged into @travelingcooconut, because you don’t actually own any site on this account.
Can you share the link to the site so that we can look into it further?
Thanks!
