How do I get into dashboard to fix a fatal error?

    When I try to open the dashboard for my site, I’m getting the message below. Since I can’t get into the dashboard, how do I fix it?
    Fatal error: ‘continue’ not in the ‘loop’ or ‘switch’ context in /Applications/AMPPS/www/rebuild/sportsmedia/wp-content/mu-plugins/wpengine-common/class.notices.php on line 168

    Looks like you’re in the wrong forum. It appears that you’re using the self-hosted version of WordPress and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums or at your hosting provider which seems to be WP Engine.
