HOW DO I GET LIVE CHAT SUPPORT?

    I am a fully paid up Premium Plan WordPress website holder. I cannot get into my WordPress website scskillmandotcom in order to post a blog. I cannot get in using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, either with my laptop or with my mobile phone. The screen comes up as if I am a new person starting from scratch who needs to set up a new website Your support person Arvind Singh contacted me and gave me a link I should log in with. https://en-forums.wordpress.com/users/scskillman/. I clicked on this link and it still led me to a screen telling me I am not a WordPress user and inviting me to create a WordPress website. I was also told that since I have a fully paid Premium plan, I can use live chat. But I cannot gain access anywhere to use your live chat support. Please help.
