How do I get my comments to appear at the end of my posts?

Only partial comments show up and, for some unknown reason they are in the side bar at the very very bottom, with a RSS feed symbol. If the sidebar comment is clicked, a page of code appears. The whole comment is never visible. I want the full comment to be visible at the end of the post.
Any advice or tutoring would be greatly appreciated.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It looks like your very last text widget in the sidebar is missing two closing div tags. To fix this, open the widget and go to the very end and add this:
