How do I get my photos to edit when trying to add images? Why always sideways?

    I repeatedly get this error message “Could not load the preview image/ Please reload and try again” (I always need to reorient my images because on this site only they load sideways from PhotoStream. The same thing does not happen on Etsy or Pinterest. Reloading does not solve the problem. This happened once before but I don’t recall fix.

    Hi there,

    Can you give me the file names of one or two images where you are getting this error message? I would be happy to take a closer look to see why this might be happening.
