How do I get my posts where I want to put them?

I have 1 page for haiku
I have 1 page for photography
HOW do I DESIGNATE the posts to their relevant Page?Signed,
Not expecting great things.

There is only one Posts page on WordPress.com which updates with your latest posts. When you assign either a category or use Post Formats, you can create a Custom Menu that will display all your posts in that category or post format when someone clicks on the relevant link in the menu bar.
