How do I get my profile to load?

  Error Loading profile is appearing, I’ve checked my profile and my Gravatar. Can someone help please?

  Hi there, could you please provide a link to the page that you’re having trouble loading? Does this happen in another browser, like Chrome or Firefox? Are you able to upgrade to IE 9 from version 8?

  I have not tried it in Chrome or Firefox, but it also happens in Safari when I’m on my iPad.

  Hi there, thanks for the information. I set up the widget with the Custom option, using the primary email attached to the christinasotomaynez Gravatar account, and the profile is displaying correctly now.
