How do I get my refund?

    I opened a WordPress account to build a website. However, the site was not as user-friendly as I had hoped. I canceled my subscription within the 14-day trial period and requested a refund. I was told I would receive a refund in 7-10 days, but I still do not have it. The AI assistant cannot help me and told me to try here in the forums. Who do I need to speak to to get this resolved?
