How do I get new blog posts to show up on my wordpress.com site?

  I’ve built a WordPress.com site with a few pages. I want one of those pages to be my blog, but when I create a new post, I don’t know where the post is going. i can’t find a link to it anywhere on my site. How do I get new posts to show up on a blog page within my WordPress.com site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  @raincoaster – That’s where I want it to be, but when I use the new post option, I don’t know where that content is going. So I’ve been copying that into new pages within the blog page that I’ve set up. I want the blog page that I’ve made to look just like a blog… a series of entries, most recent showing up at the top. Right now I’m using a makeshift grid formatted page to re-post the blog entries that I’m losing in the interwebs…

  Okay, to simplify this, stop doing that. We need to see what is actually failing on the site.

  Go to your dashboard Posts page, and tell me how many posts are there and what their titles are. Also tell me the links when you click “View Post”, starting with http.

  Thank you! There are two posts listed in my dashboard – both are titled Five Things I’m Doing This Week… I’m trying to do one post with the same these every Monday. Here are the links…

  I did not update the permalink on either one…

  I don’t see the problem. I see both of those posts on your blog page. I suggest you use titles that differentiate your posts better.

  As I said earlier, the two posts on the page that I’ve created titled Blog are re-posts that I’ve pasted to a grid page because I can’t find the original blog posts that I’ve made. As you can see from the URLs I sent above, those are not living on the Blog page… I don’t know where they are…

  For example, if someone gets to my homepage, how do I send them to the blog archive?

  Yes, they’re on the Blog page because I copied the original posts and pasted them onto the Blog page. If you look at the URLs I sent, those original posts do not live on the Blog page… I don’t know where they live. That’s what I’m trying to figure out.
