    Hi,

Support for WordPress.org blogs like the one you mentioned is done at http://wordpress.org/support/

To clear things up, note that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities and support is done separately.
    http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you’ve lost your password for your self-hosted WordPress.org website, you’ll need to try one of these solutions:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

If you have more questions about the free, downloadable, open source WordPress software, please go to http://wordpress.org/support/

If you have questions about how to manage your web server files or database, please contact your web hosting provider directly.

thanks for getting back with me. i thought they were different the .org and the .com but i don’t know which one i should use. mine is a website not a blog and i have got a new password but when i login to it it comes up with a blank page. the website is not stored locally but on sprintserve.net . they didn’t create it and don’t support it, they just host the domain, i don’t actually know where the actual website stuff(pics and all) is stored but i do need to get access to it. any help or ideas would be appreciated. THX

  • In this case, you’ll need to ask at http://wordpress.org/support/ for help. There’s nothing that we can do on this end, and they have more experience with this like this on the self-hosted software.
