How do I get rid of a blog?

How do I get rid of one of my blogs? I have two, but I don’t want the “primary one” any longer. How do I delete the primary blog, while keeping the second one?

Would you please consider just making it private instead and using it as a backup or test blog? Deleting a blog is forever, the URL cannot be recycled and reused. That’s why 3 warnings are given and why a vertfication link in an email that must be clicked is sent in order to accomplish deletion.
