How do I get rid of information that is clearly not mine?

    When I go to publish my blog I find the following on the right side how do I get rid of this information it is nothing to do with me or my blog???

    If you go to your site’s dashboard and click on Appearance–> Widgets. Then on the next page click on “sidebar”. The information you have quoted in contained in the “akismet widget” and the “contact info” widgets. Click on either of those names and then look for the “delete” link.
