How do I get rid of old name over browser and dashboard?

  I was able to change the blog name to the one I wanted after consulting your “configurations’ explanation. However, I have not yet moved forward with domain since I still see the old name over dashboard and browser although correct name shows in browser. Do not know how to get rid of it. I have not heard from customer service once yet. Please help.

  You can change that at Settings -> General in your blog’s Dashboard.
