How do I get rid of pages showing on my blog when that don't appear in my admin?

After I published a blog post last night, my site went nutty. First, my sidebars flip-flopped and were showing up the bottom left of my site. After much research I figured out how to fix this, but then I noticed that my pages across the top of my site were all screwed up. Instead of having my usual 3 tabs to click on (About Me/Quotes/Wedding), there are now 8 – “Home/About Me/Recipes/Work it Out/Quotes/Wedding/Recipes/Work it Out.” When I go into my dashboard to fix it, my pages show up as they normally do in admin. Also, if you click on any of the pages, it doesn’t take you anywhere and says “uncategorized,” even the tabs I usually have up and running. 3 of the pages go to my “About Me” section for some reason too. I have no idea why this happened and have no clue how to fix it, help!

Aha! I figured it out. Under the “menus” tab my primary menu got accidentally changed to a weird custom menu. All fixed!
