  Every email notification sent from WordPress.com or WordPress.com websites contains a link to unsubscribe at the bottom of each email.

  You can also unfollow any sites you are following at https://wordpress.com/following/manage and any WordPress.com emails at https://wordpress.com/me/notifications on each tab there.
