How do I get the $89 promotion package with PR Newsire?

  I saw the promotion after publishing a post, but now can’t locate a link to a page where I can promote our blog through PR Newswire (1,000+ partner sites program for $89). I’ve searched the help forums, but when I click through to PR Newswire, the $89 deal isn’t visible.
