How do I get the comments form to appear under each blog post?

I got rid of my comments form and now I can’t put it back. I would like a comments form to appear under my blog posts as is common in most blogs.

The comment form is enabled on your above site, but like on most WordPress.com themes, you have to click through to the single post view to see it, like this:
