How do I get the menu items to correspond with the correct posts?

  When I click on the items in my menu, they do not correspond correctly with posts. For example, when I click on “Music reviews” on the menu, it does NOT take me to my posts that are music reviews. Linen is my theme.

  The items in your menu are pages instead of category pages that include posts.
