How do I get the menu to sit at the top of the page?

  I’m using the Columnist theme and I’d like to have the menu sitting at the top of the page. At the moment it sits at the bottom. Is it possible to change the postion and how do I do it? Many thanks.

  On your current theme, the menu only appears at the top on the blog-style front page. It is not displayed on single pages, and since you have a single page as your front page, it is displaying on the bottom.
