How do I get the URL of a site that has been deleted?

  I want to use the URL “sakuraiba.wordpress.com” but it says its already reserved. But when I typed in the URL “sakuraiba.wordpress.com”, it says that the site has been deleted by the authors. If the authors of the previous site don’t use the URL anymore, why can’t I use it? If I can use it, how can I get it?

  You can’t use it because it has been deleted, and deletions here are permanent and irreversible.
