How do I get to subscpition settings ?

  I have a website Im supposed to take a code from an autoresponder come back to my word press admin dashboard where there will Be a dropdown box , that has a tool called squeeze open that go to its settings and in the subscription box put the autoresponder name, then put in the form action url , my code .

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
