How do I give access to remote editor who is customizing my site?

    Hi, I have a programmer (?) who is going to help me customize my site so I can have subdomains in other languages. He needs to access my site as an administrator to make the changes. What information do I need to give him beyond the blog address, my login and password?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Is this a WordPress.com site or a self hosted WordPress site?

    so I can have subdomains in other languages

    This not something that is easily possible with WordPress.com, though it would be far easier with a self hosted WordPress site.
