How do I give this address to another user?

I’m helping my sister create a blog and I was trying to see if hellojax was available and accidentally ended up taking it. How do I transfer it to her?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have her set up her own account.
Then go to your “My Blogs” area and there will be a Transfer Blog option under the blog – click on that and fill in your sisters account name – a couple of clicks later she will have the blog and you will be gone from the blog completely – then if she needs help she will need to add you as a new user
