how do I handle "track back" in the notifications /comments section

  It appears that ” un solicited ads” are are being posted in a disguised way. Track backs (ex. buy a used Lamborghini utube video) appear in the comment portion of my Blog. No comment is made, but there is a track back to a “selling video. What happens if I approve this , delete?

  Do these individuals then follow me , if I track back? This is new.
  What should I do with these track backs?
