How do I import an exported Blogger XML file that's too big?

  I’m trying to export my blog from Blogger to WordPress.com. I exported the XML from Blogger, and got a file that’s about 28.5MB. Clearly, this is bigger than the 15MB limit. So how do I import it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can you create different import files, maybe broken up by date? Then you can import them one after another.

  Actually, on a lark, I decided to ignore the15MB limit, and see if at least part of my 28.5MB file would make it through, or if it would just reject the file outright for being too big. Turns out, it didn’t reject it, and it actually processed the whole file — all posts and comments. So I’m guessing the 15MB is more a suggestion than a rule?

  Anyway, consider this one resolved!
