How do I transfer from my self-hosted wordpress site?

I missed the payment for my domain but hosting is still being paid on a monthly basis so my account and backpage and web hosting ftp section of my self-hosted WordPress is still available for me and has all of my WP files etc. How can I transfer these posts to here, a free wordpress site I just created? I can’t access my self-hosted WordPress dashboard because its no longer available due to lost of my domain name. Can someone help please, I’ve been going crazy trying to figure out how to do this. I see that one-click import option in admin of my free WP blog admin but its only for other free blog platforms like blogger, etc.???

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi there, you’ll need an export file from your self-hosted WordPress site in order to import the contents into WordPress.com.

    More about imports.

Hosts often provide an alternative address through which you can access your site in case you don’t have a domain yet. I suggest asking your host for assistance with that. If all else fails, you can always purchase a new domain and point it to your hosted site temporarily to regain access. You may need help from your host to make some database tweaks to your WordPress settings as well.

Let me know how it goes.
